Make Standard Minimum Investment in a TEA – $800,000 USD (+ administrative fees), directed by a GreenAccess Internal Agent.

Step 3

Communicate

GreenAccess communicates with you or your representative at every stage of the process up to receipt of your Green Card.

Step 4

Immigrate

You and your family enjoy all the rights and privileges of permanent, legal residency as a USA Green Card holder.

Step 5

Receive Funds

After the process is complete, receive your full initial investment.

1. Prepare and file Immigrant Petition.

2. Obtain USCIS Approval and Conditional US Green Cards.

3. Prepare and file Petition to Remove Conditions. This is the final step to legal permanent residency as a USA Green Card holder.
