GreenAccess EB-5 Projects, and the U.S. EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program, are exempt from the Executive Order President Trump signed yesterday, suspending certain types of U.S. Immigration. The Executive Order began at 11:59pm EDT, today, April 23, 2020.

GreenAccess’ administrative staff continues to navigate the USCIS process on investors’ behalf. They are available to assist you by phone and email between the hours of 9 AM and 5 PM EST.

Exclusively Florida Public Charter School construction projects, GreenAccess investment projects remain active, under construction and open to invest.
