EB-5 Program Extended Through December 8, 2017

Almost drowned out by three hurricanes simultaneously moving toward the United States’ mainland was President Trump’s recent stopgap legislation. The deal is slated for the President’s signature some time in September, and continues the EB-5 visa program in its current state, as it was authorized during the last continuing resolution.

GreenAccess remains very optimistic about the EB-5 program’s future. As negotiations continue with Congress, we see a serious and strategic dialogue. There seems a palpable intent to continue EB-5 in a manner that benefits all stakeholders, including our immigrant investors.

As new and consequential information and updates become available, GreenAccess will continue to make them known to you.
