Almost drowned out by three hurricanes simultaneously moving toward the United States’ mainland was President Trump’s recent stopgap legislation. The deal is slated for the President’s signature some time in September, and continues the EB-5 visa program in its current state, as it was authorized during the last continuing resolution.
