President Trump approved and signed the more than 2,000 page $1.3 trillion dollar Omnibus Appropriation. Importantly, language in the bill specifies EB-5 programming be extended, unchanged through September 2018.

President Trump signed, a short-term spending package, including a clean extension of the EB-5 program until March 23, 2018.

The United States Senate today voted to end the three-day old government shutdown. This clears the way for passage of a short-term spending package to fund the government through, February 8, 2018. This extends the sunset date for the EB-5 Regional Center Program until the February 8th date, as well.

The U.S. House of Representatives and the Senate passed a Continuing Resolution last night that extends the current sunset date for the EB-5 Regional Center Program through January 19, 2018 which, as we made you aware of earlier this month, was due to expire at midnight EST tonight.
